Machines · robots · integrations
One accountable partner, from software to the machine.
The platform is software-first: it runs on the cameras, PLCs and systems you already own. When a line also needs new machines or robot fleets, wiseDo specifies, sources and integrates them, funded by you or a financing partner, so hardware, fleets and software land as one working system with one desk responsible. wiseDo stays asset-light: we sell the software and execution layer.
Supported integrations
What connects today, and what is coming.
Availability labels: Pilot (running with pilot customers) · In development · Planned. Supported scope for your exact stack and versions is confirmed during the line assessment.
| System | Scope | Read / write | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| OPC UA | Machine signals | Read | Pilot |
| MQTT | Sensors · edge devices | Read | Pilot |
| RTSP / ONVIF cameras | Existing CCTV & IP cameras | Read | Pilot |
| CSV / Tally export | Orders, items, BOMs | Read | Pilot |
| REST API | MES / ERP exchange | Read / write | Pilot |
| VDA 5050 | AMR fleets | Command | In development |
| SAP / Oracle connectors | ERP sync | Read / write | Planned · custom scope |
If it produces data or speaks a standard interface, we can usually read from it; write-back scope is agreed system by system.
Camera discovery
We scan the network and find the IP cameras that are actually there, including the ones nobody has a record of. Commissioning starts from what exists, not from a drawing.
Per-camera credentials
Every camera keeps its own credentials, stored encrypted. No shared password across a site, and no credential in a config file.
A wall before a rule
Up to sixteen RTSP feeds brought up together on a local viewer, so you confirm angle, lighting and coverage before anyone writes a zone or a rule against them.
Machines and fleets
Machines and fleets, when the line needs them.
Hardware is specified, sourced and integrated by wiseDo. We are vendor-neutral by design, we pick the right machine or fleet for the job and take single-point responsibility for making it work with the platform.
Machine building
Vision inspection, assembly, packaging, material handling and press machines, purpose-built for your product and line.
Robot fleets
Best-fit fleets for the job, integrated by wiseDo and commanded through the platform as availability labels on the platform page indicate.
The software layer
Sight, PlantOps, Flow and Twin: the operating layer that ties every machine and fleet into one loop. See what is ready →
Fleet command via VDA 5050 is in development; machine and fleet scope for a specific line is defined during the assessment, with acceptance criteria in writing.
Where it runs
Customer-controlled central services, down to local authority.
Four tiers, one governed path. The hot path lives inside your site: acquisition, inference, bounded workflows and evidence keep running when the network to central services does not.
Offline-first: observation and pre-authorised work continue inside the site. Fail-closed: new authority, unsigned releases and time-sensitive decisions stop rather than guess. Recoverable: releases are staged, health-gated and reversible.
Bring your stack. We’ll map what connects.
A line assessment covers your cameras, PLCs, ERP exports and any fleets on the floor, and returns a written integration scope before anything is signed.
