Full Stack Developer (Cloud & Backend)

Full-time · Noida / on-site

You will build and own the cloud and backend infrastructure at the core of Factory OS — the APIs, data pipelines, and processing systems that transform raw shopfloor signals into actionable intelligence for plant teams.

What you’ll do

  • Design and ship cloud and backend services that power Factory OS
  • Own CI/CD pipelines, deployments and production reliability
  • Model, query and tune databases for high-volume shopfloor data
  • Write Python services for data processing and the ML pipeline
  • Whatever Factory OS needs end to end — you are comfortable across the stack

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years building and shipping production software
  • Cloud, backend, CI/CD, Python and databases hands-on
  • BE / BTech, BCA or MCA

Sales / Solutions Manager

Full-time · Noida / field

You will drive commercial relationships with manufacturing decision-makers — from floor-level discovery through scoped pilots to long-term subscriptions — and serve as the primary link between customer operations and wiseDo's product team.

What you’ll do

  • Build relationships with plant managers, operations heads and MDs
  • Run discovery on the floor and scope pilots that fit each plant
  • Map customer operations to wiseDo's cycle-time and OEE outcomes
  • Carry deals from first floor walk through pilot to subscription

What we’re looking for

  • Background in industrial automation or manufacturing solutions
  • Real understanding of how factories, warehouses and automation work
  • Comfortable on a shopfloor and in front of leadership

Founder's Office Intern

Internship · Noida

You will work directly alongside the founder on high-priority initiatives spanning product, strategy, customer research, and operations — with meaningful responsibility from day one and full exposure to the decisions involved in building an early-stage deep-tech company.

DevOps Engineer

Full-time · Noida / on-site

You will own the infrastructure, deployment pipelines, and production operations that keep Factory OS running at scale across customer sites — from cloud provisioning to monitoring edge devices on the shopfloor.

What you’ll do

  • Design and manage cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, cloud platforms)
  • Build and own CI/CD pipelines that power production releases
  • Manage and monitor edge deployments on customer shopfloors
  • Own system reliability, security, scaling and incident response
  • Build automation for deployment across on-prem, cloud and air-gapped environments

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years hands-on DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
  • Deep hands-on with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
  • Proficient with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm)
  • Experience with monitoring, logging (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana) and observability
